About me

 
 

I come from a dance and choreography background and received my first certification as a Yoga and Pilates Teacher in Russia in 2015. Since then, I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for more than 8. I completed a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Berkeley, California (2019), and a 300-hour Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Ubud, Bali (2023). I’m also a certified Mat Pilates Teacher (Pilates Moscow Institute, 2015; EQUINOX, 2023).

I have studied with renowned yoga masters such as Kino McGregor and Talia Sutra and continues to deepen my knowledge through workshops and personal practice.

I love teaching Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Slow Flow, Restorative Yoga, and Mat Pilates, as well as meditation and breathwork practices. My classes are designed to help people relax, breathe deeply, release tension, and reconnect with their inner balance while building strength and energy.

I’ve taught corporate yoga for several years and have experience working with companies such as Lululemon, Gap, Google, Microsoft, IBM, Abbott Diabetes Care, and Alexza Pharmaceuticals.

My passion for movement and my desire to help people feel better in their bodies and minds inspire me every day. I believe that your only limit is the one you set in your mind — and I love encouraging my students to discover their own power and potential on the mat.

Hobbies and interests: psychology, hiking, reading, running, kinesiology, nutrition, travel, acroyoga.
